CHERYL LAMPKOWSKI-SOWLE, HCR ManorCare

Cheryl Lampkowski-Sowle currently works as the chief administrator for HCR ManorCare of Heartland at ProMedica, a joint venture of HRC ManorCare and ProMedica. She has been working with HRC ManorCare for over 13 years, receiving six promotions during her time there, and operating seven of the company’s Heartland Healthcare centers.

Outside of her professional success, Lampkowski-Sowle said she has three main causes she feels very passionate for: children’s issues, LGBTQIA issues, and the elderly. She works with a variety of community organizations including the Coalition of Organizations Protecting Elders, Ohio Health Care Association, and the Ohio Diversity Council. She also spends her time volunteering locally for events like the Toledo Lighthouse Festival, as well as with over 10 other organizations and events.

Lampkowski-Sowle currently lives in Ottawa Hills with her wife and eight-year-old daughter, and her favorite thing to do is embarrass her daughter at her sporting events by being her biggest and loudest fan.
