Brook Reddish is the director of marketing for The Collaborative, a Toledo-based architecture firm. She has helped the firm open an additional office, has entrenched herself in local city development, served as vice president for the UpTown Association, and is a trustee on the Leadership Toledo board of directors. She previously worked in Oklahoma, Florida, Georgia, and Washington, DC before moving to Toledo.

Reddish has been a 20 Under 40 nominee the past two years, earned the National SMPS Marketing Award, is part of the Toledo Distinguished Clown Corp, and has opened a local art gallery, Gallery 125, to empower people to sell and buy art in Toledo. She also volunteers for The Arts Commission, general Uptown Association events, and the Village on Adams special events.
