Carrie Alexander leads Findley Davies’ strategic employer wellness services, helping clients integrate well-being within organizational culture and healthcare strategy. She designs, develops, implements, and measures wellness initiatives for large employers in a variety of industries.

Alexander also has completed 12 full marathons in eight different states, including Alaska, and over 100 races of all distances since 2012. She organized a “Get your Rear in Gear” 5K to raise funds to support colon cancer treatments, which had over 500 participants.

She is a current board member of the Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity, former board member of Toledo Area Humane Society, and former director for the Toledo Area Small Business Development Center. She is also a regular speaker at national and local industry conferences and events, including the International HR Information Management Association, Society for HR Management, and the International Association of Business Communicators.
