JESSICA WILLIAMS, founder and managing partner of Bailiwicks Coffee Company

Jessica Williams founded a start-up company, Bailiwicks Coffee, in 2012 and has seen steady growth each year. The company is currently in the middle of an expansion, and has become a landmark in downtown Tiffin. Seneca Industrial and Economic Development Corporation (SEIDC) awarded Bailiwicks Coffee Company with “2013 Entrepreneurial Spirit Award.”

Williams is the current chairperson of the Downtown Development Board, past chair of the Business Enhancement/Economic Restructuring Committee, vice president and founding member of Women Inspiring Leadership. She also sits on the Tiffin YMCA board of trustees, Architectural Board of Review, Ritz Theatre Marketing Committee, and Leadership Seneca County.
