Ambrea Mikolajczyk is the owner of ARK Restoration & Construction, which develops real estate, manages properties, and restores distressed structures to increase property values and elevate real estate quality in northwest Ohio.

Mikolajczyk attended the University of Toledo (UT) where she played NCAA volleyball and earned her degree. After 15 years as a pharmaceutical sales manager, she took a leap of faith and pursued her love of restoration, construction, and design. She uses her career evolution story as a motivational speaker, earned a spot on Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Business Program, holds a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification, and recently earned federal and State tax credits towards the renovation of the Wonder Bread Building in Toledo.

She serves the community as a member of UT’s Women in Philanthropy Foundation; as a board member for the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Toledo Warehouse District, and Toledo Thunder; and as a member of the Historic Vistula Foundation and UT Alumni Association.
