BRANDI CARSON, The Andersons, Inc.

Brandi Carson has been a lifelong resident of Toledo, graduating from the University of Toledo (UT) with a degree in accounting. Carson currently works as controller of the Ethanol Group for The Andersons, Inc., after working as audit manager with the accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

After becoming certified as an IRS volunteer for tax preparation services in 2016, Carson has worked to help low-to-moderate income individuals and families with their federal and state returns. She also currently serves as immediate past co-chair of United Way’s volunteer-led African American Leadership Council where she was part of heading various programs.

Carson has also served the community by being selected as a mentor for the Minority Mentorship Program at PwC, being selected as the United Way Campaign Chair for The Andersons, and serving as an advisor to Toledo Public School’s accounting tech prep program.
