Tyler Shuff is an owner / consultant for Shuff Consulting, serves as a Tiffin City Council member, and is the current developer and manager for the Tiffin Community Reinvestment Group.

Shuff serves his community in a number of ways. He has personally negotiated and brokered deals to bring 28 new businesses to the area, has had two successful re-election campaigns for City Council, and has increased the occupancy rate of the Historic Laird Arcade building in Tiffin.

He also created the Downtown Business Contest to incentivize potential entrepreneurs and start-ups, facilitated and organized successful downtown Tiffin events, serves on the Tiffin Elks Lodge board of trustees, is on the Sandusky River Clean Sweep Committee, is a Big Brother-Big Sister mentor, a Tiffin Little League Football coach, and more.

Shuff has been recognized as a National Art Award Recipient, a 2017 Main Street Tiffin Downtown Revitalization Award winner, and a member of the committee who achieved Ohio Main Street status and national Main Street accreditation.
