Josh Wagy is the operations manager for FuseTech Inc., in which he helped grow the company from a local charter to an internationally recognized industrial engineering company; the co-owner and operator of Kengo Sushi & Yakitori, which is now a 5-star recipient from the The Blade and Yelp; and the founder of Smashing Toledo, a local food hub that highlights and supports businesses and its crafts for free.

Smashing Toledo, Kengo Sushi & Yakitori, and Wagy, himself, have been awarded over 10 cumulative local dining awards.

He is involved in the community, serving as the food chairman for The Boys and Girls Clubs of Toledo, where he has worked to grow Barefoot at the Beach from 19 local restaurants to over 30 and the event now nets over $200,000 as direct profit for the club. He is also involved in the Early Bird Youth Basketball Summer Camps, organizes and hosts dinners for fundraising for the Toledo Symphony and others, and meets with local restaurant owners to help them build their brands.
