Gaven Smith is a certified financial planner and investment executive for Fifth Third Bank, where he is in the top 10% of investment executives at the bank, helping others reach their financial goals.

Smith joined the United States Marine Corps in 2001 and had many responsibilities and roles during both his four-year active enlistment and four-year inactive reserve duty – including 23 months of combat in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom I and II. He received several medals and awards for his service as well as Volunteer Recognition Awards from Fifth Third Bank.

In the community, Gaven is connected with the Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation, created the Gaven & Erin Smith Family Fund as a donor advised fund, and serves on multiple boards of organizations that give back to the men and women who have served the country.
