Josh Cooper is the CEO and co-founder of Whitelabel, a web development agency founded in 2013. Within six years, Cooper has helped grow the company from two people to a team of 22, and now has a growing list of regional, national, and international clients. The company opened a new headquarters on Adams Street in downtown Toledo in 2018.

Cooper attended the University of Toledo (UT) for both undergraduate and law school and has since served on the EPIC Toledo advisory board for the past two years. In 2019, he joined the Toledo Area Small Business Association (TABSA) board, where he serves as the EPIC Toledo liaison.

He also was nominated and participated in the LLS Man and Woman of the Year event, where he finished runner-up and exceeded his goal of raising over $106,000.
