ERIN MCPARTLAND, Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity
Erin McPartland currently serves as the development and engagement director for Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity. Directing all fundraising, volunteer, and marketing activities, she has raised over $7.5 million in the past five years, which helped build 40 homes, complete 300 repairs, and replace 250 roofs; secured $1.5 million to be the lead owner occupied rehab partner with the City of Toledo; launched the Playhouse Project signature fundraising program that kicks off every year by building 30 playhouses simultaneously at Fifth Third Field; and organized an annual Women Build event, sponsored by the Solheim Cup Women’s Summit luncheon in 2021.
McPartland graduated magna cum laude from Lourdes University with a bachelor’s of science in business administration and human resource management. She has been a 20 Under 40 nominee the past three years and was also a speaker for both the Habitat for Humanity International Conference and Ohio State Conference.
In the community, McPartland serves on the board of the Women’s Initiative (WI) of United Way of Greater Toledo (as board vice chair, chair, and past chair) where she led the board in strategic planning that engages with over 500 WI members, sends over 300,000 books a year to children through the Dolly Parton Imagination Library (DPIL), and partners with the Ohio Governor’s Imagination Library office. Additionally, she has been instrumental in the planning and transition of DPIL to the Toledo Lucas County Public Library.
