Ramsey Aljahmi is the senior director of operational excellence of North America, Whirlpool Corporation and has held this position since 2020. Prior to this, he was the plant leader at Findlay Operations, leading key plant performance indicators with over 2,500 employees and accountable for planning and directing all aspects of the organization’s manufacturing strategies, objectives, initiatives, and policy.

Aljahmi received his Master’s degree in business administration and a second in science of operations management from Lawrence Technological University (LTU) in Southfield, Michigan, as well as his Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering technology. He is currently attending the University of Michigan – Ross Business School for an Executive Master in business administration.

Aljahmi spends his time volunteering on the board of directors of ACCESS (Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services), the executive committee and advisory board of CAAP (Center for Arab American Philanthropy), mentoring US Veterans (American Corporate Partners), and coaching youths at the YMCA (Young Men’s Christian Association), among others.
