As a Global Purchasing Director at age 33, Costello is the youngest person at a director level within Dana, Inc. globally. He and his team manage nearly $2 billion dollars in annual purchases from suppliers world-wide. Since 2018 through supplier negotiations and technical solutions, his team of purchasers achieved over $136 million in cost savings, $20 million in working capital improvements and 40% improvement to supplier quality. Focusing on professional development, Castello developed a talent competency matrix, founded on the idea that relationships are the catalyst for results. He has been recognized twice as a “Top” at Dana which requires mutual agreement among multiple corporate executives around the world.

Mentoring, career development and coaching fulfill Costello. He is the Director of Strategic Growth at DMB Coaching, an organization that helps people become fully alive in every dimension of their life. As a coach and speaker, he has keynoted and led multiple conferences and workshops with fraternities Phi Kappa Theta and Alpha Sigma Phi, and is also a featured guest on DMB’s podcast, “Three Words,” a segment about three words that could change your life. He also writes, records and co-produces music with10ten Productions.

Costello is a University of Toledo graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a dual major in Professional Sales and Marketing.
