Hultquist is President of HQdigital, a small, woman-owned, boutique digital marketing agency and consultancy that supports business and non-profits world-wide achieve their growth goals. In 2019, Hultquist was selected to lead the Toledo HubSpot User Group of small and midsized organizations. HQdigital was recognized as one of the 20 Most Promising HubSpot Solutions partners out of more than 1000 in 2022, and in 2021 received the coveted Diamond Agency Partner Award, presented to the most successful agencies offering HubSpot consulting. Hultquist was among 25 recipients of the Outstanding Leadership Award, Marketing 2.0 in 2022. She is a sought-after speaker for engagements in Chicago, Toronto and Boston, plus virtual events broadcast to over 25 countries.

During her six years in Toledo, Hultquist has become an active community member. She was appointed to the City of Toledo Social Justice Committee in 2021. She leads a Working Group for the City of Toledo Human Relations Commission and is a founding member of Toledo Women for Good. In addition, is a volunteer Cross Country coach and a classroom volunteer at Maumee Valley Country Day School.

Hultquist is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and attended Fordham University School of Law.
