Toledo Aerial Media

Chris Aldrich is co-owner of Toledo Aerial Media (TAM), a drone-based media company established in 2015, on the leading edge of an evolving industry.  An entrepreneur at heart, Aldrich manages operations, new business development and client projects, as well as leading the training division for consulting, and providing support to public safety drone teams.  TAM’s diverse client base covers 32 states and includes international clients. As a pioneer in the industry, Aldrich is a resource for leaders and organizations on the benefits and applications of drone technology. He has participated in panel discussions at the University of Toledo, Rotary Clubs, schools, and economic development commissions.

In the community, Aldrich serves on the Boy Scouts of America’s nominating committee and sponsors  the Aviation Outpost, served on the Chamber of Commerce and Regional Growth Partnership for talent attraction and is a guest lecturer at BGSU on entrepreneurship, drone technology and career paths. A certified scuba diver, he volunteered his services to build artificial coral reefs in the Florida Keys and serves at the Toledo Zoo to educate the public about coral reefs and marine life during feeding dives in the reef exhibit.

Aldrich achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, is a participant in the 2024-2025 Leadership Toledo Signature Program, and is a graduate of Bowling Green State University. Upon graduation, he left Toledo for Key Largo, Florida. It became a pivotal moment in his life.  He realized how great the Toledo community is and the opportunities he left behind. He is gratified by putting Toledo on the map as a tech hub in the Rust Belt.
