Ashley Shaffer is the Area Director for Mission Increase Northwest Ohio and a nationally recognized generosity expert. She founded and leads Mission Increase NW Ohio, coaching more than 80 nonprofits to grow generosity and disrupt systemic poverty, providing her guidance at no cost to the organizations she serves.

Through her leadership, Shaffer has helped raise over $50 million to support life-changing initiatives across northwest Ohio. She holds the Certified Fundraising Executive designation and certifications from the Lilly School of Philanthropy, reflecting her expertise in fundraising and nonprofit leadership.
