Billy Mann is the Senior Director of Development for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Toledo, where his 16-year career has helped thousands of children access a safe place to learn, grow, and find hope. His work has made a meaningful difference for youth across the Toledo region.

Mann is also a dedicated advocate for underserved populations, including the LGBTQA community, ensuring all children feel supported and included. Beyond the Boys & Girls Clubs, he actively represents and contributes to Old Orchard Neighborhood Association, Erie Shores Council-Scouting America, Association of Fundraising Professionals, and Kiwanis, fostering partnerships that strengthen programs and community engagement.

His recognition as a 20 Under 40 honoree reflects his unwavering commitment to youth, equity, and service, empowering the next generation to thrive both inside and outside the Club.
