Chad J. Rutkowski is the General Manager of Premier Academy, one of the Midwest’s leading volleyball training facilities, serving over 370 college commitments. A dynamic leader in athletics, philanthropy, and business, he has led Sylvania Northview Volleyball to multiple district championships and guided nearly two dozen student-athletes to college commitments.

Rutkowski has also raised over $9.5 million for United Way and co-authored a nationally published article on pandemic response, demonstrating his commitment to community impact and organizational leadership.

His recognition as a 20 Under 40 honoree reflects his ability to combine excellence in athletics, business leadership, and philanthropy to inspire and empower communities across northwest Ohio and the Midwest.
