Chris Kaspar is the Chief Financial Officer at Rudolph Libbe Inc., one of the largest self-performing contractors in the nation. At just 36 years old, he became the youngest CFO in company history, helping lead financial strategy and growth for one of the region’s most significant construction organizations.

Kaspar also serves as President of the Northwest Ohio Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), providing leadership and guidance to professionals across the industry.

Equally committed to community service, Kaspar is actively involved in projects that make a difference for families and children, including Wood County Plays, the Stocking Stuffer Soirée, and Bed Building for Kids.
