Keenen J. Fisher is a mission-driven leader whose passion for service, mentorship, and youth empowerment has left a lasting impact on the Toledo community. He has led the Alpha Beautillion program, earning a mayoral proclamation for its cultural and community significance in uplifting Black male youth.

Fisher has also mentored more than 45 young men through the Alpha Esquires program, equipping them with the tools and encouragement needed for personal and academic success. His leadership extends to athletics, where he has coached three junior varsity basketball championship teams and supported Notre Dame’s historic 2025 State Final Four appearance, using sports as a platform for teaching life skills and leadership.

His recognition as a 20 Under 40 honoree reflects his commitment to building strong, confident, and capable young leaders who will shape the future of the region.
