Jim Herrick, CFP, serves as partner and vice president of TDC Investment Advisory, a multi-faceted wealth management firm with a mission of Helping Families Be Families. He has been a leader in the firm’s significant growth and in its impact on the 1,600 families it serves. He has consistently been recognized as a top financial advisor, becoming a member of the Million Dollar Roundtable at age 24. He co-led and navigated the company’s COVID-19 response, work-from-home policy, and back-to-work guidelines; is the director and leader of all sales and advisory initiatives; is the leader of the mentor and training program for new industry advisors; and more.

Within the community, Herrick is the chair and founding member of Catching Up With Jack, a local non-profit with two main goals – help cure pediatric cancer and provide relief for local families facing childhood cancer. Founded in 2015 in memory of his nephew, Jack, who passed from cancer at age 11, the non-profit has raised over $400,000 to date.

Other notable community leadership positions include serving as chair and cofounder of RightTrak, a next generation financial literacy program designed to provide the next generation with a lifetime of healthy financial understanding and habits; serving as president of the board of directors for Heartbeat Toledo in 2018 and 2019, serving on the board of directors for House For Hope in 2018 and 2019, and other notable achievements.
