ALICIA WAGNER, owner/coach at HEELS Coaching & Consulting

Alicia Wagner received multiple state, regional, and national sales awards during her seven-year tenure at Pfizer, then left the company to start her own successful business in a down economy. She has coached over 100 individuals to improve their personal and professional lives, was asked to speak internationally in Aruba at the Women’s Leadership Conference 2014, and is consulting with O-I on implementing its new women in leadership program, W@OI.

Wagner was approached to teach the new Women in Leadership course at St. Ursula in spring 2014 and 2015 for juniors and seniors. She is a current trustee of Leadership Toledo and chairs the alumni committee. She is a past executive director of the Women’s Entrepreneurial Network and initiated the Women’s Distance Festival which is now the organization’s main fundraiser and source of income.
