Douglas Mallette has been employed in multiple industries, such as healthcare, automotive, and government, including the past nine years at HCR ManorCare where he is currently the product manager of labor systems. As a product manager, systems analyst, and project specialist, Mallette’s experience with application development, database administration, project management, system support, training, policy administration, system configuration, and strategy in a wide variety of business applications requires collaboration with personnel from a diverse array of specialties. He has implemented solutions saving over $100,000 yearly and oversees systems that control labor costs for 50,000 employees in 350-plus locations nationwide.

Mallette was also the chairman of EPIC Toledo in 2014 and coordinated initiatives and 45-plus events to promote the region, retain professionals, and connect emerging leaders in northwest Ohio.
